Todays outage was caused by a configuration change to our infrastructure related to the Returns backend, in preparation of black week that should have been an instant change.
This however cause unintended changes wich resulted in the downtime. we're investigating why the change was not instant.
The actual downtime was between 14:58 and 15:15.
